Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Dazzle and Grace Jewelry, we stand by the quality of our products. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all items purchased from our store.

What is Covered:

  • Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship for the life of the product.
  • If your item shows signs of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What is Not Covered:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by anyone other than Dazzle and Grace jewelry.
  • Items that have been damaged due to improper care or handling are also not eligible for warranty coverage.

How to Make a Claim:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@dazzleandgracejewelry.com.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We may request photos of the item to assess the defect.

Warranty Processing:

  • Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • You will not be responsible for shipping costs when returning a defective item covered by the warranty.

Exclusions:

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
